Dr. Howard Fernandez

Dr. Fernandez is from Rochester in upstate New York and he has his dental degree from the University of Rochester. Dr. Fernandez owned and operated a successful solo family practice for many years in the northeast. Recently, he and his wife relocated to the lake region near Charlotte. We are very fortunate to have a dentist with the skills and knowledge that Dr Fernandez brings from over 36 years of treating patients.

Dr. Marcia Rementer

Dr. Marcia Rementer is the owner of Triad Dental Care. She graduated from Duke University and Temple University School of Dentistry and has over 25 years of experience in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She also maintains an adult general dentistry and implant practice in Durham, NC, Durham Smiles.
